（1）解剖大师账号的注册/登录
您在使用解剖大师进行账号注册时， 我们会收集您注册时填写的邮箱发送验证码，输入验证码后帮您创建您的维萨里账号，如果不创建账号，并不会影响您使用浏览功能，但会影响您附加业务功能。
对于需要通过登录账号才能使用的服务，我们可能会根据您提供的上述信息效验您的身份，确保我们是在为您本人提供服务。
您也可以编辑修改您的资料，包括头像、昵称、性别、身份，您还可以更换邮箱，但如果您不提供前述信息，不会影响您使用基本功能。
（2）基于相机、相册权限的服务内容
您可以在 开启相机、相册权限后使用该功能以实现头像上传。
（3）日志上传
当打开日志上传功能时，我公司会 收集您的手机品牌，手机型号，android系统版本，设备唯一设备识别码，网络状态，屏幕尺寸，内存占用，APP用户信息，运营商，IP地址，DNS服务器地址，用于您的手机解剖大师错误信息收集及bug诊断。 如您关闭，不会影响您的使用软件。
（4）支付虚拟商品
解剖大师内的付费类虚拟商品，包括但不限于模型，需要您支付相应金额下单并支付完成后使用，为实现付费类虚拟商品的下单功能， 我们需要获取您的维萨里账号。
（5）订单管理功能
为便于您了解查询订单信息并对订单进行管理， 我们会收集您在使用服务过程中产生的订单信息用于向您展示及便于您对订单进行管理。
请您注意，根据国家相关法律法规的规定，以下情形中，解剖大师收集、使用您的个人信息无需征得您的授权同意:
1、与国家安全、国防安全直接相关的;
2、与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益直接相关的;
3、与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等直接相关的;
4、出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的;
5、所涉及的个人信息是您自行向社会公众公开的;

2.打开解剖大师，点击“我的”，点击"设置"，可以访问修改密码；
3.打开解剖大师，点击“我的”，点击我的订单，可以查询虚拟商品订单、消费记录、订单状态；
（二）更正、补充您的个人信息
当您发现我公司处理的关于您的个人信息有错误时，您有权要求我公司做出更正。您可以通过“（一）访问您的个人信息”中罗列的方式提出更正申请。
（三）删除您的个人信息
在以下情形中，您可以向我公司提出删除个人信息的请求：
（1）如果我公司处理个人信息的行为违反法律法规；
（2）如果我公司收集、使用您的个人信息，却未征得您的同意；
（3）如果我公司处理个人信息的行为违反了与您的约定；
（4）如果您不再使用我公司的产品或服务，或您注销了帐号；
（5）如果我公司不再为您提供产品或服务。
请熟悉：若我公司决定响应您的删除请求，我公司还将同时通知从我公司获得您的个人信息的实体，要求其及时删除，除非法律法规另有规定，或这些实体获得您的独立授权。 当您从我公司的服务中删除信息后，我公司不会立即备份系统中删除相应的信息，但会在备份更新时删除这些信息。
（四）注销您的账号
如果您希望注销您的解剖大师账号，您可以通过以下路径进行操作：
打开解剖大师，点击“我的”，点击"设置"，点击注销账号。
在您注销账号之前，您随时可以注销此前注册的账号，在账户注销后，原账户相关信息会被清空且无法找回且无法进行以下操作：
（1）账号中的个人信息、最近使用信息等将被清空；
（2）账号中的权益将被取消，已购买会员产品将视为自动放弃；
（3）账号中的购买记录、历史搜索记录将被清空；
1.我们非常重视对未成年人个人信息的保护。若您是18周岁以下的未成年人，在使用我们的产品与/或服务前，应事先取得您家长或法定监护人的同意。我们会根据国家相关法律法规的规定保护未成年人的个人信息。
2.对于经父母或法定监护人同意而收集未成年人个人信息的情况，我们只会在受到法律允许、父母或监护人明确同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下使用或公开披露此信息。
3.如果我们发现自己在未事先获得可证实的父母或法定监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息，则会设法尽快删除相关数据。

2.How do we collect and use your personal information
(1) Registration/login of Anatomy master account
When you use Anatomy master for account registration, we will collect the email you filled in during registration and send the verification code. After entering the verification code, we will help you create your Vesal account. If you do not create an account, it will not affect your use of the browsing function, but it will affect your use of additional business functions such as positioning, needle insertion video, and profile.
For services that require a login account, we may verify your identity based on the above information provided by you to ensure that we are providing services for you.
You can also edit and modify your information, including your profile picture, nickname, gender, identity, and you can also change your email address, but if you do not provide the above information, it will not affect your use of basic functions.
(2) Service content based on camera and album permissions
You can use this function after enabling camera, album permissions to achieve avatar upload.
(3)Log upload
When the log upload function is opened our company will collect your mobile phone brand, mobile phone model, android system version, unique device identification code of the device, network status, screen size, memory occupancy, APP user information, operator, IP address, DNS server address, for your mobile phone Anatomy master error information collection and bug diagnosis. If you close, it will not affect your use of the software.
(4)Pay for virtual goods
Paid virtual goods within the Anatomy master, including but not limited to models, require you to pay the corresponding amount to place an order and use them after the payment is completed. In order to realize the order function of paid virtual goods, we need to obtain your Vesal account.
(5)Order management function
In order to facilitate you to understand and query the order information and manage the order, we will collect the order information generated during your use of the Service for display to you and to facilitate your order management.
Please note that according to the relevant national laws and regulations, the collection and use of your personal information by Anatomy master do not require your authorization and consent in the following circumstances:
1. Those directly related to national security and national defense security;
2. Those directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;

5.2 To correct and supplement your personal information
When you find that there is any error in your personal information processed by our company, you have the right to ask our company to correct it. You may apply for correction through the means listed in "5.1 Access to Your Personal Information".
5.3 Delete your personal information
In the following circumstances, you may request the deletion of personal information from our company:

5.3.2. if we collect and use your personal information without your consent;

Open the Anatomy master , click "Me", click "Settings", and click to cancel your account.
Before you cancel your account, you can cancel your previously registered account at any time. After the account is cancelled, the relevant information of the original account will be empty and cannot be retrieved and the following operations cannot be carried out:
(1) Personal information and recent usage information in the account will be deleted;
(2) The benefits in the account will be cancelled, and the purchased member products will be regarded as automatic abandonment;
(3) The purchase record and historical search record in the account will be emptied;
6.1. We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should obtain the consent of your parent or legal guardian before using our products and/or services. We will protect the personal information of minors in accordance with relevant national laws and regulations.
6.2. In the case of collecting personal information of minors with the consent of parents or legal guardians, we will only use or publicly disclose such information when it is permitted by law, explicitly consented by parents or guardians or necessary to protect minors.
